You are able to trigger a stop loss for any portfolio at any time from your Dashboard.
Things worth mentioning
-
Stop losses use taker trades even when fee optimization is turned on. This is to prioritize speed during stop loss events.
-
You cannot trigger a manual stop loss from the aggregate (Show All) view. You must select a portfolio before you can trigger a manual stop loss.
-
You do not need to have an automation enabled on a portfolio to trigger a manual stop loss.
-
If there is an automation enabled when a manual stop loss is triggered, the automation will be stopped. You must manually restart this automation when you wish to re-enter the market.
-
The stop loss sells everything in the portfolio that is not the stop loss currency and purchases only the stop loss currency.
-
You can only select one asset to be your stop loss currency.
