Managing your payment methods is an important aspect of using Shrimpy Pro. This guide will provide you with a clear understanding of how to remove a payment method from your Shrimpy Pro account.
How to Remove a Payment Method
Log in to your Shrimpy Pro account and navigate to the settings page and then the "Billing" tab. Here, you will find an option to cancel your subscription. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
After canceling your subscription, you will see the option to remove your payment method in the Payment Information box. Click on the "Remove Payment Method" button.
A confirmation message will appear to verify your decision to remove the payment method, as this action cannot be undone. Once you are certain, click "Confirm”.
If you no longer wish to use Shrimpy Pro, you have the option to delete your account entirely. To do so, navigate to the Settings page and select the "General" tab. Here you will find an option to "Delete Account”. Be aware that deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be undone.
