This quick guide provides step-by-step instructions to make cancelling your subscription a breeze. Whether you're transitioning to a different plan or pausing your subscription, we've got you covered.
Cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove any premium features or time you have already paid for. You will continue to enjoy the premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once canceled, you can choose to remove your payment method or upgrade your subscription tier or billing cycle.
If a new subscription plan is not started by the renewal date, your account will be moved to the Zero Tier subscription, providing continued access to basic features.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your account and click on the "Settings" tab.
Within the Settings menu, locate and click on the "Billing" tab.
Click "Cancel Subscription."
After cancelling the recurring subscription, you can upgrade your subscription or choose a new billing cycle.
Or, you can remove your payment method from Shrimpy Pro by selecting "Remove Payment Method."
