This help article is meant to explain how to use filters to quickly navigate history entries.
Filter Options
In the above screenshot, you can see that there are three types of filters that can be used to change which types of history entries are presented on the History page. These filter types are:
- Portfolios
- Assets
- Category
Each of these filter types can be used individually or concurrently. By default, your History page will show all history entries for all portfolios. Additionally, filters are not persistent, which means that your active filters are reset once you navigate away from the History page.
Portfolio(s)
This is a straightforward option, simply select the portfolios that you'd like to see included on the history page. Any portfolio not selected within this dropdown menu will have its history events hidden, and only history events for selected portfolios will be shown.
Assets
This option will show all history entries related to an individual asset. Unlike the Portfolios filter, you can only select one asset when filtering history entries by asset.
Note: the values shown are the total USD value held within an asset on an exchange account, not the price of the asset.
To remove an asset filter, utilize the "Clear" button highlighted in the screenshot below.
Category
Similar to the Portfolios filter, the Category filter allows you to select multiple options and will display all history entries related to each selected category concurrently.
Cold Storage
Selecting Cold Storage will show all history entries related to cold storage. This will include creating, editing, and deleting cold storage balances.
Rebalance Period
Selecting Rebalance Period will show all history entries related to the rebalance type and frequency or threshold.
Strategy
When filtering by history entries related to Strategy, only entries that indicate a change to asset selection, asset allocation, or automation settings are populated.
Balance Transfer
This filter option will show only history entries related to balance transfers between portfolios.
Note: If a portfolio has been deleted, we will be unable to show the name of the portfolio in balance transfer history entries.
Rebalance
This filter option is meant to display all rebalances that have occurred on your portfolios, including the type of rebalance as well as what trades occurred during the rebalance. The Rebalance filter includes rebalances in which no trades occurred.
Completed Rebalance
This filter option is the same as the Rebalance option with the exception that it will exclude rebalances in which no trades were completed successfully.
Keys
The final filter option will display all history events related to your API keys. This includes when you initially link your API keys, as well as when they are updated.
