Congratulations! You have probably just linked your HitBTC account to Shrimpy. At this point, you might notice that only some of your funds (or none) are showing up in Shrimpy.
The most common reason for this happening is because we haven't yet transferred our funds from our "Main" HitBTC account to our "Trading" HitBTC account.
We can transfer our funds in 3 easy steps.
1. Log into HitBTC and locate your asset balances
Navigate to the tab that shows your balances for each asset on the exchange. On this tab, you will find one column for "Main Account" and one for "Trading Account". In between these two columns, there are arrows that can be used to transfer funds.
Select the right arrow to transfer from "Main Account" to "Trading Account".
2. Select the amount you want to "Transfer"
After selecting the arrow, you will see an input box to select the amount you would like to transfer between the accounts. Input the amount you would like to transfer and select the "Transfer" button.
3. Repeat for every asset
Repeat this process for every asset you want to be managed by Shrimpy.
Note: It can take up to 15 minutes to show the transferred funds.
