Congratulations! You have probably just linked your Coinbase Pro account to Shrimpy. At this point, you might notice that only some of your funds (or none) are showing up in Shrimpy.
The most common reason for this happening is because we haven't yet transferred our funds from our "Secondary" Coinbase Pro account (AKA portfolio) to our "Primary" (AKA Default) Coinbase Pro account.
We can transfer our funds in 3 easy steps.
1. Log into Coinbase Pro and locate your "Portfolios"
After logging into Coinbase Pro, select the button for "Portfolios" in the top navigation bar on your screen.
This will bring you to the page that you see in the image above.
Select the button that says "WITHDRAW". This is the button towards the top right of your screen.
Note: Although the button says "Withdraw" it is also the button we will use the transfer funds.
2. Select the asset you would like to "Transfer"
After selecting the button to withdraw, you will see a popup with all of the different assets you can transfer. Select one of the assets you would like to move back into your "Primary" (AKA Default) portfolio.
This will bring you to another popup page that will list the different options you can take with these funds. In this case, we will want to transfer the funds to our "Primary" (AKA Default) portfolio. Select the option for "Coinbase Pro Portfolio".
3. Input the amount you want to transfer
The final step is to input the amount you would like to transfer and specify the portfolio you want to transfer the funds to. In this case, we want to select our "Default" portfolio and then select to "Withdraw".
After the withdraw is complete, we will get a popup saying that the process has been complete.
This process should be repeated for every asset you would like to trade with Shrimpy.
Note: It can take up to 15 minutes to show the transferred funds.
