Congratulations! You have probably just linked your KuCoin account to Shrimpy. At this point, you might notice that only some of your funds (or none) are showing up in Shrimpy.
The most common reason for this happening is because we haven't yet transferred our funds from our "Main" KuCoin account to our "Trading" KuCoin account.
We can transfer our funds in 3 easy steps.
1. Log into KuCoin and locate your "Main Account"
Your "Main Account" on KuCoin can be found by selecting the "Assets" drop-down. In the drop-down, you will see options for navigating to your "Trading Account", "Main Account", and your "Futures Account".
Select "Main Account".
2. Select the asset you would like to "Transfer"
Once we arrive on the "Main Account" page, we will see the list of assets we currently have in our Main Account, along with their respective balances.
Select "Transfer" for each asset you want to move to your "Trading Account".
3. Input the amount you want to transfer
The last step is to input the amount you would like to transfer to your "Trading Account". Select "Confirm" to move the funds.
This process should be repeated for every asset you would like to trade with Shrimpy.
Note: It can take up to 15 minutes to show the transferred funds.
