Updates and announcements from Shrimpy are sent out via the Alerts button on your Dashboard, this is the primary way in which we pass information to our customers.
For support related issues, please use the blue Support Chat button found in the lower left corner of the Dashboard or send an email to Support@Shrimpy.io. We do not monitor any other channels for Support related issues, and anyone from Shrimpy who contacts you via any method outside of Shrimpy is not a representative of Shrimpy.
